New Racquets are Here!

Gearbox Solid 1.0 Series is Here!

Updated for 2013, Gearbox eliminated all paint from the Solid 1.0 frame and incorporated sharp new decals. By eliminating the weight from paint, they were able to include more graphite, further strengthening the racquet. With close specs to its green brother, the Gearbox Solid 1.0 165g Quadraform gives you more forgiveness on off center shots with it's wider head shape and sweet spot. Gearbox has added two new technologies in conjunction with their Solid Head and Proportional Frame designs. New in the Solid 1.0 line are the Displacement Channels for improved structural integrity and maximum power and the new String Dimples, designed to reduce harsh string angles and improve frame durability. The new cosmetics give these improved frames a fresh, contemporary look.

Gearbox Racquetball

Gearbox is the newest, exciting name in the game of racquetball. Despite its unique "automotive" sounding name, Rafael Filippinni and the crew at Gearbox have taken engineering to a whole new level with the introduction of the GB Series of racquetball racquets.

In addition to 3 racquets, Gearbox has introduced high quality gloves, bags, eyeguards and a line of accessories to satisfy the needs of any racquetballer. The "Movement" glove is made of super-soft treated Pittard English leather and features mico-pores which allow the gloves to breathe, meaning no more "mushy palms". With the "Movement", forget about the need for multiple glove changes in a game. They can literally be worn for 5-10 games without the need for change.

I've seen many racquetball companies come and go during the 42 years I have been playing the great game of racquetball, and I am proud to say that nothing this innovative and exciting has come along since I first picked up a 3 lb. aluminum "Beau Mark" racquetball racquet in 1970.
